        Ted came out and did an inspection on my 2nd home purchase in late Sept. He was a referral from my agent and came highly recommended from her and a coworker that had utilized Ted's services previously. Ted arrived early to our appointment and spent more than enough time explaining line by line what he found during the inspection. With this being my second home purchase, I was astonished at how detailed Ted could be compared to my previous home inspector. Ted's pricing is right in line with all other home inspectors, but I felt like I received more than I paid for. He was attentive and followed up with me after the inspection with a very detailed PDF. When I purchase a new home in the future, Ted will definitely be the company I call for all further inspections.
