Karin I really taken back that after going above and beyond for you. You would come to Google to lie on my business. Why would I have you sleep on dirty sheets? Anyone who knows me knows I’m extremely thorough with all my properties I washed them myself so I know they are clean. You signed a contract that stated our no refund policy that you agreed upon. Refunds are not applicable in this situation. We understand the inconvenience your doctor caused you.. As a small business owner this policy was made in order to stay in business, I could of had someone booked the entire weekend but the space was blocked off for you to be there until Sunday night, I actually I cancelled a booking for you to be there. How would I pay the business bills if someone got cancelled every week, and I refund them after buying food supplies, gas, time , energy, and can’t pay the business bills, because last minute your doctor cancel you, and he still offers you to come back which I offered to give you a credit towards future stays, or wellness services. A refund beyond the stated terms in the contract is not feasible. We value your understanding. I can’t believe you would say I scammed you, this is a business that I take value in providing a great service. Your doctor seems like the scam, because patients are always cleared prior to coming in town and going into surgery. Your doctor wanted you to get cleared from a cardiologist before he does your procedure, which is normal and others normally come back after they are cleared from their own cardiologist or a referral here. The high food, , my time and energy I put into this, which may not seem like nothing to you though. The sheets were definitely clean. I thought you were a great person, but you have prove to be a racist, evil liar. I was there with you crying and all when your doctor canceled you. I Drove you around to get a rental car to drive back home. I’m in disbelief right now. I even offered for you y’all to come back in town visiting Atlanta I may one of our Airbnb’s, car rentals or wellness services. I know you may not be happy with yourself but don’t lie or bash my small business who didn’t do nothing wrong to you at all. You signed a contract that outlines everything.
