Century does NOT have integrity!! The person who stated talk to the people in the community please do! Even though I would love for my equity to continue to grow I DO NOT want anyone to have the same experiences this community has with this builder. Yes the homes are beautiful but not when you have to invest a lot more money within 1-3 years because this vendor is taking advantage of the Minority community. purchase at Camp Creek Village before coming here - I wish I did

Mashella Hampton is the most amazing sales agent in the universe! This Lady is beyond great when it comes to representing century communities. When we first talked it was a instant connection because she was so beautiful, courteous and thoughtful. She knew all the different packages, model home floor plans and prices of all the new homes being built in the community. Mashella knowledge is out of this world when it comes to knowing her builder. She sold me the exact home i wanted which was the floor plan that includes a 3 car garage at a amazing price because the home was already being built.
