if you are wanting to get your hair done by a student here just dont. they dont know what they are doing and the teachers are unprofessional. i was there from 3:30-9. literally made me leave the salon with my hair wet (i saw one client blow drying her own hair so embarrassing) so i couldnt see the color and i wake up terrified with what i see. just so disappointed. now i have to go to another salon to get my hair fixed and pay hundreds of dollars. im putting pictures of my hair now and a pictures of what i showed i wanted.

I have not gotten my hair done here, but I came by on Saturday to get some products since I saw you carry Aveda and I have heard Van Michael salons are reputable. I had questions about one of the products and the orange haired girl at the desk seemed annoyed I even walked up to her. I didnt really feel welcomed and was off-put. Thankfully a little blonde girl stepped in and was gracious to help me find what I needed. Ive heard great things about this salon and would love to get my hair done here, but I am on the fence now, and at the very least I know to steer clear of that one girl with the orange hair if I need anything. The girl with the blonde hair took the one star experience and enhanced it to a three star, I wasnt even going to leave a review but I am in hopes someone may see this and do some coaching on customer service and kindness with the employees.
