    Wonderful experience with time management, customer service and final look. Disappointed their head steamer was not working for me and dont know if my hair was penetrated by the shorten process. However, the final trim and care was nice.

    I have been consistently and loyally going to Bleutique for almost 4yrs now. I tried it out before getting my hair done for my sisters wedding. Let me just say Ashley hands down has been the most amazing stylist for the 4yr period! I went to get my hair done last week and had THE WORST EXPERIENCE that Ive ever had in ANY hair salon in Atlanta (and Ive gone to some of the best of the best)! I know the prices backwards and forwards because I have spent thousands and thousands of dollars there as I was going every other week until my stylist became pregnant. Ive paid for microlinks, sew-ins, clip-ins, and just my natural hair; you name it, Ive had it! So, Ive PAID my fair share there!! More recently, I had a question about the price as I had to make a deposit online when booking, and the remaining after services. I asked my stylist if I could speak to one of the staff members Wendy to simply inquire as I was confused on the price compared to what I was getting. Wendy in fact came from the back and we began to talk. In the midst of my question, she rudely cut me off. I did in fact ask her how she could cut me off as she had no idea what I was going to say. Her professionalism from the start was rude and unwelcoming and continued for quite a while!! We began to go back and forth (I simply had a question on the price) and things became LOUD and not the behavior indicative of a hair salon! I have NEVER had a staff member speak to me in such a disrespectful, unprofessional way in ANY Atlanta salon. It became SO BAD, that I grabbed my phone, and immediately reached out to the owner in disbelief of how she was acting. Even when she went to the back, I could still hear her yelling. It was definitely different than what you expect in a salon. I immediately reached out to the owner Metowi and expressed my concerns. I let her know I wasnt some random female walking in trying to disrupt the salon. I was a faithful client of 4yrs that have paid VERY WELL (thousands over the years). She never asked me what happened, never said I heard there was an issue at the salon, please except my apology and let me know what happened as I would never want a client to feel disrespected or uncomfortable! Not once did she ask me or try to make it right as the owner. She simply spoke to her staff member (before speaking with me) and asked me not to return after countless patronizing to her salon prime rates month after month for almost 4 years. There were several times I went to the salon with hot water heater issues and got my hair washed in freezing cold water, and I STILL remained a loyal client and paid well. Never complained even then. But this last experience was simply too much! I can only speak on my personal experience, and from that I don't feel the owner Metowi cares about me as a client. I have seen so many stylists come and go just in the last 6 months alone, so I guess to dismiss me so easily as a client was no different. Very disappointing and hurtful, and I would not recommend Bleutique hair salon to anyone. Service: Blowouts

    Short version: I wasted $400 due to lack of communication and unprofessionalism. Long version: My mother set an appointment two weeks in advance to an event planned and informed the receptionist, Sapphire, that she would be flying in all the way from Virginia. Sapphire was very helpful and polite by the way. One day before her appointment, she was told that her stylist was Diamond. Despite the other reviews you see on google about Diamond, my mom was still willing to try her as long as she was assured her hair would be done in a timely manner in order to make her returning flight. Bleutique reached out to confirm her appointment but once my mom raised her concerns, they stopped replying. I think the ladys name who text her was Rachel. She called and text SEVERAL times trying to confirm her appointment. Whoever was texting her was replying up until her concerns. Due to the lack of response and her nervousness of flying out with no confirmation, I messaged Metowi (the shop owner) personally with screenshots of the one-sided conversation. Metowi read my message and did not respond, despite previously stating she understood the nature of my trip. The day of her appointment, they FINALLY text back, no greeting, no apology, no reassurance with a simple how far are you?. $400 was wasted on a roundtrip. How unprofessional and plain rude.
