        I have struggled with starting my workout journey for years. I did not enjoy working out in the gym and coming up with a plan always overwhelmed me. Having Emily as my trainer has totally transformed my view of fitness. She has pushed me and helped form my foundation for fitness. Very thankful for this place and couldn't recommend it more!!

        Noble Clay has been the best therapy! The trainers are sweet, empathic, and always excited to work with you on your workouts. They are so encouraging and the best cheerleader and support system to have in the gym! So thankful!

        Noble Clay is an excellent gym! The trainers are kind, intentional, and walk with you every step of the way. I previously had not had a lot of gym experience prior to joining. This gym is for everyone in all seasons of their fitness journey. Within 6 months I have seen incredible progress. I started off not able to squat my body weight and have moved to squatting 125lb on a bar! My coach Emily has walked with me not only as a coach but a friend in this journey! I wish I found Noble Clay earlier in my fitness journey as they make working out and healthy living fun and sustainable!
