        Literally have a day pass and can't use it because no one is here to ACTIVATE the day pass. The guy at the front is very nonchalant and does not care! This is bad customer service and bad business. Why would you issue me a day pass and not have someone there to activate it. Do not do business with this ghetto place.

        Love the staff here. Gym has staff is what keeps me coming back.. pool been down for 5 years with one exception of a week that it was open.. Maintenance of machines has been alot better within the past year.
