      image I was here to cancel my membership on 3/22 at 3.20. I asked for cancellation the lady told me to front desk then I asked the guy over there to cancel my membership he got me waited like 20 minutes for no reason after that I asked if it was going to take too long then the guy asked me for my phone number and name then he cancelled my membership in 30 seconds for no reason he got me waiting. I think he was thinking I am not their customer anymore thats why he didnt care. I am so happy to cancel my membership. It trash here and rude employees
