wait time at customer service was horrible today 12/14/23 at around 1:00pm, two other people who were at self checkout nearby simply just stared at me. Whether its their job or not at customer service, they shouldve at least asked if I need something.

Store associate on an ego trip ignored me for 30 minutes at customer service and than proceeds to walk up on me all confrontational just to tell me customer service is not open until 8 o'clock. (Nearly stepping on my feet walking by me in a rude manner, also waved his hand in my face earlier on, within 6 inches of my face). I am disappointed with this locations professionalism displayed on this particular visit. Dont know the man's name but I'm pretty sure he isn't the manager. Middle age man, wears a fake gold watch. This employee is a liability to Kroger company and does not deserve any authority or position at Kroger, maybe he can learn how to be a human elsewhere!
