        I cant say enough good things about the kind woman who helped my daughter and I today. What was just a dreary day activity was turned into something truly special for my toddler because of how kind the employee was. Give that girl a raise, because she was awesome. We cant wait to go back next month for my girls birthday bear and to see our new friend! Thank you!

        Our family had the worse experience ever at the Cumberland Mall location. The store manager, Angel, was so rude and unkind. Totally ruined my child's experience. We will NEVER visit a Build a Bear Workshop again thanks for Angel's poor customer service skills and attitude.
