I would never return here and never recommend this office. I had a procedure performed, and I really had no issues with it, but the billing department is horrible. They have been harassing me for months over a bill that is paid in full. My insurance company gave me the check number, amount, the date it was issued and the date it cleared. I personally did the detective work, which has taken countless months, hours on the phone, talking to numerous parties. This office refused to investigate it. Turns out they credited the wrong patient. Its their fault and their billing department was ugly with me, threatening to turn it over to collections. And they never even apologized! Stay far away from this office.

The doctor I had was great my procedure was flawless. However the young receptionist was awful. I almost simply walked out. They need to teach her she is the first face of the company. If it were not for her I would have given them 5 stars!

I concur that doctors and the office staff are impossible to reach and do not follow through with submitting orders and documents related to tests and procedures. The only way I was able to get in contact with them was by showing up in their office and resolving the issue myself.

Worst phone system ever. Over a week & still trying to ask questions regarding my upcoming procedure. Going elsewhere. If they treat patients over the phone with no respect how will they treat me under anesthesia?
