Horrible billing practice. Two years in a row they send out bill late and even after payment 2 months later we get a call from Hollis Cobb Associates to collect ... Will never use this facility again.

I went in today to get a procedure done ,a biopsy on my stomach. The staff were pleasant. I was going to take off my watch the lady at the front desk told me I did not have to remove my watch. I should have went with my first mind. Someone that works there took my watch off my wrist while I was under anesthesia. SMH

They applied my payment to the wrong account and they sent the bill (that I already paid) to collections. They said they are working on it and in the meantime I am being harassed by Hollis Cobb Associates. Not a great experience.

Procedure went fine. NIGHTMARE to deal with. My procedure was 3 years ago. Still getting bills for labs and other items. Customer service is hard to get a hold of and very unhelpful. When will it stop?

Just had a colonoscopy performed there. The staff was professional and put me at ease. Dr. Kongara also. The check in was efficient and speedy. I was very pleased with my services there and they definitely have a client for the long term
