Per family member. He tells my sister he is being audited and can't prescribe any more medications. He has been prescribing to her for 25 years. She ends up in the emergency room and in the hospital for four days with a stomach infection. This guy as well as his staff treated my sister like she was trash. Good thing I have the resources and means to hire an attorney to put them in their place.

Very disappointed with Doctor and his staff. This would have been my third time with this practice but had to cancel because of the their incompetence and arrogance. If you have to use them make sure you understand all costs associated with their practice. Also, they could not even get my prescription sent to the pharmacy and I had to reach out to them three times to get it right!

Dr. Galvez is an amazing doctor. As a woman with an overweight BMI, I have been to several gastroenterologists who cut me off, made me feel dismissed and unheard, and sent me away in 5 minutes or less. He is the opposite of all these bad experiences. He listened patiently to the history I had written down, took notes, did a thorough exam, came up with a game plan with me, asked if I had more questions several times, and even explained images from my previous endoscopy that showed the root causes that my previous doctor had NEVER explained to me. Dr. Galvez also did not feel threatened when I pushed back and had follow up questions during our conversation. I feel confident that I will continue to be taken care of at this practice and have my concerns heard. This is genuinely one of the best doctor experiences Ive had for any specialty practice I have been to. Bedside manner and care is so important!
