I am having a procedure done and the communication from the PA is the worst. They never call back as stated, my records are not correct, and they send messages that I have an appt that I already went to 2 weeks prior. Is it worth it to us them?

This office staff was by far the best I think Ive ever experienced! Once I was brought to the back (PAST the check-in counter), every single person I encountered was super friendly, helpful, and welcoming! It was extremely noticeable to me that everyone loved their job and it was undoubtedly palpable in the way they carried out their tasks and how they treated the patient (me). Dr. Nina Singh was a breath of fresh air- she was very kind, caring and very much involved/connected in what was being done (not in a micro managing way, but helpful way) in not only her role but others in the room as well (anesthesiologist, nurse, etc.). Hands down I will be returning to this group/team for my next colonoscopy, and the only reason I will find comfort in that procedure is because of this phenomenal team- they are THE GOLD STANDARD!

I have used this Practice for more then 15 years. I've liked my Doctors though the support staff was just fair. But scheduling and getting info on my upcoming colonoscopy has been a nightmare to the point that I just cancelled my appointment and will look for another practice. They are now using an outside company for us to communicate with concerning all questions and no matter how hard I've tried I could not reach a nurse or Doctor concerning my procedure. The Call center called "Your Patient Advisor" is only able to read off the information they were given. They do not know more then what is written before them. I heard they were bought out by a tech type company over a year ago. There were inconsistencies with my instructions and sadly it was too risky to trust them with my procedure and my health. By the way, I have NEVER written a review like this about any Doctors practice.
