I purchased furniture 3/10/24 and was placed to deliver 4/10/24 because they only deliver once a month to our area. When it was suppose to be delivered they told us it was the wrong address. After talking to many people in the company they told me it would be delivered 4/11/24. When its out for delivery they have a track my order and the driver was clearly going to the same location they did the day before. They were not even going to the right city or zip code. I spent thousands on furniture and still havent had it delivered. Worst experience ever trying to get furniture!

Ordered furniture over a month ago. Was guaranteed that it would be here by Nov 18th. Got an email confirming the 18th for delivery several days ago. Got a text today confirming delivery on the 18th. Several hours later they call and say they don't have all the furniture and the next available delivery once they get it in is the 25th. I have family coming for Thanksgiving and have already removed my old furniture weeks ago so now we are stuck with nothing. My wife called the store and the manager said it showed our furniture was there days ago yet now it isn't? So, it appears they gave part our furniture to another order or something. Stay away from Ashley's, this is the second horrendous experience we have had with them after giving them a second chance. Never again

The red headed red bearded guard shack security guard for this place is a racist. Do not believe these fake views; views can easily be purchased, not only that but the employees there are encouraged to give fake views. TRUST ME DO NOT WORK FOR THIS PLACE IS YOU ARE BLACK!
