I wanted to browse for some cool furniture so I came here. There were lots of options so it was very helpful when Grace, an employee there, showed me around the store and helped me sort through the options. I would definitely come back here!

I would define this as a showroom with a small selection of accessories and housewares. The associates that I've encountered on my many visits have all been professional and helpful. The staging is just okay, so I wouldn't say it is necessarily inspiring. It's more so for people who have a good idea of what they want but would like to see the piece in person. I really wish they would improve in this area because they have done really gorgeous furniture and accessories which lends itself to staging. The building where they are located has added a paid parking component. However, I have noticed that they are not too aggressive and will allow you to shop without worrying your car will be towed.

Friendly and attentive staff. I love the quality and look of cb2 furniture. There's something for everyone. Also the delivery service is excellent. I've also had items shipped to my home and they are well packaged and arrive quickly! Many thanks to She'Pree [Designer/Manager] for helping me out!! Highly recommend.

The customer service here is AMAZING! I visited this store about 2 weeks ago and thought I had lost my SD card from my camera here. I called almost everyday to see if it was found and unfortunately they didnt have anything turned in. They called me today to let me know that my SD card had been found under a piece of furniture. Not only that, they had it in a cute envelope with my name on it ready for pickup. They were so happy to get this SD card back to me, it had pictures of my family vacation on here. Im so grateful. They also followed up with me 2xs before they found my card just to update me. I sincerely appreciate their efforts and service. Thank you!!!!!
