If I could give 0 stars, I would. I fly through ATL often and love Pinkberry. But I cant tell you the last time Ive been able to have it because they are never open, even during open hours. They always have some excuse or theres simply no one there. Or they are open but have nothing available. What a complete disaster of a restaurant.

Chocolate with oreo please We don't have Chocolate We don't have oreo We only have sweet cream They didn't have anything!!! Employee started a cup when I wanted to walk away. Unfortunately I got stuck paying for it and the ice cream was BAD!!! Tasted like rotten milk! Would NOT recommend!

Someone needs to do something about the people working at this location. I work at the airport and I have seen so many things that are not ok. They come to work always standing in the back chatting while there is a bunch of customers waiting on them. Sometimes they do know that people are waiting and they dont care. I had to scream Hello?? So many times for someone to come. Sometimes they do even come out. And when they do come out they are extremely disrespectful to customers. Thats not ok. They all need to be replaced cause the location is loosing money because of those careless people. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
