Mary at Buckhead Florist is AMAZING! I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Buckhead Florist, and I must say, they exceeded my expectations in every way. From the quality of their flowers to their exceptional customer service, I was thoroughly impressed. Mary went above and BEYOND to communicate with me when she thought there may be an issue that had NOTHING to do with the delivery or flowers - she was concerned for my clients that I was sending the flowers to - SHE IS 1000% an exceptional businesswoman!

Omg, this is the only florist Ill ever use again!!! I called Buckhead florist, with a same day request for a coworkers/bday. When I arrived I was not 100% satisfied with the bouquet and was offered an upgrade for a small fee. The staff was very polite and offered me to wait in the lobby while they remade the arrangement. Within 30 min I had the absolute most beautiful arrangement Ive ever seen!!! In addition to my upgrade they added an additional upgrade (free of charge). I wish I could rate this place 10 stars!!! Thank you thank you thank you to the amazing staff for their willingness to go the extra mile!!!! I cant tell you how many times I was stopped and complimented walking into the office. The arrangement is breathtaking!!!
