        They are fantastic, I had to put in a late/rush order and the flowers were beautiful and ready. They are amazing, the flower arrangement was exactly what I expected (beautiful) and done with less than 12 hours notice!!!!

        Never order from here. I ordered the flower arrangement on their site and asked for the premium upgrade. The delivery date was suppose to be April 4th for a bday. They never sent any text, email or any information on the 4th about whether the arrangement was out for delivery. I got an email at 8 pm that delivery was attempted at 4pm. The arrangement was not left at the doorstep. I called and no one answered. Then on April 5th, I called again and no one answered. They then dropped of the arrangement to my door, did not ring the doorbell, and honked the horn as they were leaving. I was surprised to find this hideous arrangement including dead or dying flowers in it left at my door. To summarize a hideous arrangement that looks worst then their stock photo, after I paid for the premium, was left at my doorstep a day late, and the driver honked while leaving to get let us know it was delivered. I called and left a voicemail on the fifth, no response. I have called 4 times today, no one answers. Trash.
