This place is absolute trash. I ordered flowers for my girl for v-day and after they took my money, I was told they only do arrangements for events and not people. You won't get your money back, avoid at all costs

This has to the worst florist in the state of Georgia . This woman Carrie does not return calls , or refunds. I still do not have a refund for an order I placed years ago . Terrible business

STAY AWAY!! I've tried to avoid writing a review because I'm all about supporting local business but DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR!! I ordered flowers for Mother's Day, paid extra to have them delivered on Mother's Day, and what I received is not what I paid for. The flowers were delivered right before 11 PM that night which we were already asleep and the celebration was over, they were dead and never bloomed, and the water at the bottom of the vase was a brown yellowish color. It almost seemed as if they delivered me someone's old flowers. I have tried to call to handle this over the phone and get a refund, and when she found out I wanted a refund refuses to answer my calls or return my calls. I went to her "business" and wound up in a hair saloon. She rents a booth at a hair saloon and has it labeled Atlanta Flower Market. I would have loved to have received my refund and moved on, but at this point I do not want anyone else to go through what I'm going through now, and also be ripped off by this business.

This is the worst florist in the state of Georgia. My brother was scammed by these people for Valentines Day. They charge you for a service but they do not refund you your money back. The CEO has no respect for customers and does not issue refunds for no service. They do terrible business and I will keep posting negative comments about them and there service till I get my refund. Its been a whole year a no refund. This place is a joke and the people are a joke. Why would I call Erica she knows my number and never picks up the phone.. She will tell you she cant give you a refund , she will impose that the customers need to call this 1800 number in order to get a refund. This place is sham and Erica is a sham .
