Normally, Im leery when dealing with home projects and contracted providers. But this was one of the best experiences Ive had in a long time.
Jason and his team replaced existing hardwood flooring and removed carpet and replaced with hardwood flooring. It started out as one project, but ended up being some additional needed projects.
Jason is not only the owner but a great project manager. He presented options to us and let us make the best decision for us. While he gave his opinion, he was not pushy or overbearing.
He engaged the right people to do the work and oversaw each project. He always kept us in the loop of what was going on and worked around our schedule to get the work done.
Even when the project was done, he noticed one area that was not to his liking and had the work redone. Wed noticed it too, but he was proactive and took action before we had to say anything.
Kudos to one of the workers on his team, Giacomo. Giacomo was the master craftsman who redid our stairs and custom designed and built a new awning for us. The awning was not a planned project, but came about as Jason aimed to solve an ongoing issue we had with water damage at the entry way. The work Giacomo did was top notch. His attention to detail is admirable. He is truly dedicated to his job and does excellent work.
If youre looking for someone whos customer-focused, dependable, professional and just overall great to work with, Jason and Integrity Flooring of Georgia are the way to go.
I will use them again for the next flooring project we have.

Jason was timely, accurate, very, very cooperative, and truly excited about his business. His installers did a terrific job, and even came back to handle some details...the job is PERFECT.
There were some challenges on the job, and Jason, and his crew took it all in stride.

Our commercial business in Marietta, GA had all of our old flooring ripped out. The team at Integrity had to do a lot of floor prep to reduce and eliminate creaking, and even out the subfloor to support a new commercial grade hard surface installation. They recommended a concrete look LVT and it looks spectacular. No matter what happened, they were responsive and had fanatical attention to detail. We are thrilled with our new floors! Jason repaired a shower floor and drain issue for me after another contractor had failed to make repairs and had damaged the floor. Jason and his team assessed this difficult repair and were able to restore my shower floor with a new drain and beautiful tile work.
