The Squat Harness is a product and brand created by a personal trainer in Atlanta, Ga known as Coach Jason Rosenblatt. Jason wanted to create something that would allow his clients to do squats and other leg exercises while working around injuries or mobility issues. The Squat Harness is designed to connect to a dual pulley cable machine or can be used on-the-go with a resistance band. Some of the newer versions can even connect to a trap bar or suspension straps to perform pendulum squats and other challenging exercise variations.  

Squat Harness evolved as a small business that offers several high quality homegym products such as resistance bands, suspension trainers, squat wedges, core sliders, and more.  What makes Squat Harness a truly unique experience is that in addition to online shopping, you can come to Coach Rosenblatt's homegym and recieve personalized product recommendations and 1 on 1 instruction to use your products optimally.
