        They moved to a really sketchy location, didnt tell me until after I booked my service. Then, when I was already on my way to the place, she called me to tell me she was going to be 10 mins late. When I said that was grossly unprofessional, she replied sorry you feel that way. Which is not an apology. So much for supporting local business. At least national brands keep their appointments. ETA: I didnt call you gross, I said you were grossly unprofessional and I have the screenshots to prove it.

        Mimi provides great service and results. I have been coming to Mimi for several years and have seen great improvement in my skin. She offers specific treatment based on your needs, including for skin conditions like eczema. I've seen a reduction in my eczema scarring.

        I had a fabulous time at MiMis Spa. I received a facial that Im still feeling the lasting effects of two weeks later! My skin is glowing!! She took her time to explain what we were doing every step of the way and asked detailed questions about my skin to ensure a positive experience! I felt so relaxed when I left. I definitely will be returning! 10/10

      Hi, Mimi’s Spa has been open over 7 years and prides itself on great customer service and communication. Yes, I have changed locations, it’s not in the sketchy place it’s upstairs on top of Nuts and Berries in Brookhaven, which is also a highly respected business, with all the other wellness businesses and a great community. I moved for safety reasons and to be apart of a great community. We take pride in this location and we are extremely professional. All of my clients are so happy I moved to a great safe location. I did update Google to correct my address. Unfortunately, it does take time to update it on Google’s platform. The new location is on my website, sent in email, and also sent on text. I try my best to time my facials promptly, but sometimes I do run 10 minutes over. I’m only human and I do apologize once again. You did get a text, email, and also on the website when booking. I called you to let you know I’m running 10 minutes late, but you yelled at me and called me gross. I’m not gross I do have a beautiful accent I was shocked and I responded I’m sorry you feel that way, because I don’t want any bad relationships with people. I take pride in great customer service. I hope you find what accommodates you best. Well wishes, Mimi.
