Truly horrible service and complete disregard for their clients. As a designer I work with many companies to ensure my projects run smoothly, and come together nicely. After my experience with TSDC I can say with full confidence they are not that vendor. Please do not waste your time, youve been warned.

So disappointed with my rug because it is shedding so much. There wont be a rug in a few years at the rate of shedding. I have owned 2 other cow hides over the last 8 years (purchased from other places) and they never shed. I wish that I could get my money back. Very disappointed with the rug. HUGE waste of money.

Buyer beware! Absolute worst service Ive ever experienced!!! If I could give them zero stars I would, Im not one to leave negative reviews but I feel like the word needs to get out how awful this company is. It started with them messing up the first install due to incorrect measuring on their part, and it took months to get them back to remeasure to provide the correct sizing. Then after the second install they were not moving properly and it had been nearly one entire year later and they still havent come to fix them. After a 8th and final attempt to go back to the shop to talk to them, saying all I needed was for them to come and fix the track so they could be used otherwise Id have no choice but to return them. Their response was fine take them down and bring them back. I look forward to it! It was disrespectful at best. Do NOT waste your time with this horrible company. I promise you youll regret it. Its a miracle they are in business!
