    Ryan, the founder of Organized Occasions, was the best decision that we ever made during our wedding planning process. Shes responsive, personable, professional, and detail oriented. She also has substantial expertise and amazing vendor relations from years of experience in the industry. Ryan was committed to making my wedding day the best possible day. No task was too too small or too big! I had multiple people tell me that I was the most relaxed, stress-free bride theyve ever seen - all thanks to Ryan.

    Ryan and her team are my wedding guardian angels. Ryan was always prepared for every meeting we had together, knew the right questions to ask, was proactive, and I truly could not have done it without her. I knew my big day was in the right hands and it could not have been more perfect. Hiring her allowed me to truly enjoy the day and not worry about a thing. From coordinating all of our vendors to even getting a great video of us after our videographers had left, I could not be more grateful for her.

    I cant say enough good things about organized occasions and Michelle!!! Michelle was our wedding coordinator and from the second we met for the initial meeting, I immediately felt so much better about everything. She asked about details I would have never thought of without her but things that we needed to think about. She sent me updatedlists of decisions we still needed to make in the weeks leading up to the wedding and that was SO helpful. She did waymore than what was expected from her and it was worth every penny and then some. Everyone told me before that something WILL go wrong so just be ready for it. But NOTHING went wrong, there were no hiccups. She made our day run flawlessly all while remaining so calm and polite. I didnt have to think about anything. She picked up all our reception items (pictures, band props, favors, signage, tips for vendors) earlier that week and delivered it all to the venue on Saturday so I didnt have to think about it. She also took my wedding dress and veil there!! We got married at a church and they had their own coordinator for the ceremony but Michelle still came to the rehearsal (she did not have to) just to make announcements to make sure everyone was on the same page for the next day and knew the timeline. We had a wedding party of 28 people but that did not faze her at all. She also delivered items to us after the wedding on Sunday morning so my mom didn't have to worry about taking everything home that night. This was an add on for $75 - which IMO is not enough for whatshe did. Highly recommend Organized Occasions!!! We are going to miss Michelle!!!!

Her professionalism was evident as well as her knowledge of the world of all things wedding. As we proceeded through the process, she provided invaluable experience and made our wedding planning and actual day proceed smoothly and calmly. She kept us organized by providing time tables and schedules that made sense and kept us on track. She honored our budget and gave helpful suggestions to keep us within the budget, while honoring our preferences. I highly recommend her for your special occasion.

    There are too many words to describe how wonderful Organized Occasions is and why you NEED them for your wedding day. Ryan and her team went above and beyond to make the entire wedding planning process as smooth and seamless as it could be. If you're the Type A person like I am, you tend to get nervous about the small details / checking in with vendors to make sure everything is on track. When Ryan stepped in to help out in the last few months, I could see all of the details come together and was able to actually enjoy this time of engagement and planning period. It's a rare thing to actually enjoy the few months leading up to the wedding and Ryan made it happen for us! The wedding day was more perfect than I could have dreamed. Ryan and Michelle handled all communication with vendors and made sure every detail was how we envisioned it so that my husband, family, and I could enjoy every minute of it. Ryan is the absolute BEST person to work with. She is incredibly smart, funny, wise, and such a joy to be around. She and her team are everything you need leading up to the wedding day. Do not hesitate booking Organized Occasions. You will not regret it!!
