From the moment we hired Matt, we were obsessed. Wedding planning can be so difficult due to the number of options for every vendor, stress about budget, and generally having to project manage all of the different pieces (in addition to working a full time job), but Matt helped us narrow down vendors that were in our budget and also top notch in their field - each vendor was also simply wonderful to work with. Matts organization was spectacular and communication was prompt, transparent, and informative. He answered every question I could possibly have had (and there were A LOT). And thats all just leading up to the big day. When I tell you he absolutely NAILED my vision it was literally perfect. Since he nailed the vision, each of the vendors knew what to expect as well, creating a community of knowing exactly what we were looking for. Matt and his team flawlessly executed the day of - every guest knew where they were supposed to be and when, the wedding party and family were properly managed, and my husband and I didnt need to lift a finger or worry about a single thing because Matt and team had everything under control. While the wedding day and planning process were quite literally flawless, the best part of it all is that over our 18ish months of working together, I can consider Matt Mitchell to be a friend, a trusted advisor, and a confidant. I seriously could not recommend any other event planning company more. So stop looking. Now that youve found your perfect match and youve found your perfect planner, happy planning!!!

Matt and his team were one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! When looking into wedding coordinator's, like many of our vendor categories, the personal connection we felt was just as important as the confidence and trust we felt we would have with a vendor. Matt is an extremely talented, experienced, and just all-around great person to work with and trust for our big day. From the very first conversation, we knew we would not worry one bit about having Matt represent us and handle all the fires & decisions that would be needed to handle, and when the wedding day came, we were 100% correct in our decision. Matt was there for us leading up to the wedding anytime we needed to bounce ideas off of him, get vendor recommendations, have him take lead with managing vendors, and also kept us on track through his amazing client portal and his approach to thinking through all the things we didn't know about. We knew on the day of the wedding that there would be little fires and so we wanted someone who would handle them so we could enjoy our day as much as possible, and Matt did that for us. We truly enjoyed our day way more then we expected and that was because of all the planning we did that Matt helped us through. We highly recommend Matt for anything he does!

Matt was a dream-come-true wedding planner. We heard about him through friends and ended up reaching out to him in the midst of COVID. We started planning about 2 years out because we figured there would be substantial back-ups due to everyone postponing celebrations (thanks COVID), so we ended up working with Matt over the course of those 2 years. He responded to every single question we had--minor or major--and was always timely, helpful, and respectful in his responses. Matt is also just an incredibly pleasant person to work with. He never once came off stressed or frustrated even though I know he had a lot on his plate. He has a great sense of humor, which helped with any amount of stress I had throughout the process. Overall, I'd highly recommend working with Matt as a wedding/event planner if you want someone who will get the job done and stay calm and positive while doing it. Thanks, Matt! :)

Matt is truly the best! Always really communicative with super speedy responses. He has an answer for everything and helped us with all important decisions. Matt helped make the process very low stress and fun, helping us to plan a wedding in Georgia all the way from Denver. Matt has an overall great vibe and worked really well with all our vendors. Hes very present and committed and did a good job of coordinating and keeping everyone engaged during the rehearsal and day-of. Our wedding went flawlessly thanks to Matt! Matt is clearly passionate about his job and I had zero concerns working with him during the wedding planning process. He also planned my best friends wedding and she and her husband were equally happy with him! Would 100% recommend Matt as a planner/coordinator.
