Great Results Team Building

Sean provided a day of team-building for our team that was already working very well together... but the insights and experiences he provided has shown us the "next level" of teamwork that we can aspire to, and how to get there. Sean's training was a great investment in our team's future!

I reached out to Sean for an event for our team members. I hung up as soon as I called as I saw the kind of big group sessions he runs and we are a small business. I thought we are too small of a fish for him. But he called me back in 15 minutes and was interested to know more about our business and the kind of challenges we face with team dynamics. It was refreshing just to talk to him over the phone. He agreed to come to our business for a session and boy it was a hit. He told us stories from his experiences, there were fun games which were insightful. Our team members definitely bonded during and after the session and we are noticing positive changes in dynamics already. Would recommend his magic to teams of any size!

Sean spoke to our networking group on to say he delivered would be an enormous understatement!! He helped the leaders in our group gain new perspective around having a meaningful mission, the importance of trust in relationships and working from an intentional set of shared values. The leadership and team building event was a big success. Staff enjoyed the interaction, laughter, and Sean's presentation. Sean did a great job making it fun with breakout sessions and team events. Everyone walked away with a smile and important life changing truths. Thank you Sean!!

Engaging team building activities that were truly fun. The time passed quickly as we learned about each others personalities, strengths and interests while gaining understanding of the benefits of team work. We laughed a lot and built trust during the half-day training. Instead of lecturing, Sean told us inspiring stories that led us on a journey of exploring how success can be achieved by working together. Seans team building event was time well spent! His after training debrief and assessment was an added bonus. The "10 Commandments of Winning Teammates" re-enforces the principles of team building introduced during the training in a short and easy-to-read narrative that has memorable scenarios.
