        I had such a good experience with this Herc Rentals! The staff member who assisted me was Dylin Knight; he was friendly, professional, and he made the rental process easy for me! Every staff member there was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Not to mention they have a pretty handsome staff at this Herc location!! ;) I forgot to post this review back in October, but I definitely recommend HR!

        We had a terrible experience with this company. A contractor hired them to provide lift services and they damaged our driveway. In response to our respectful request to fix it, the branch manager (who frankly should not have this position due to his absolute lack of customer service) accused us of trying to get a new driveway at their expense. We offered to have them bring their own independent contractor to review and estimate their damages, but they refused to do so. They are rude, disrespectful and I absolutely would not recommend that anyone use their services or allow them on their property. Mistakes happen; I get it. Rude, disrespectful behavior towards homeowners who want to protect and restore their home is completely unacceptable. I have told all my neighbors, friends and any one I know never to use them. Although, not necessary, because very few know who this terrible company is. Beware.
