Essential Staffing Solutions

I only signed up with Essential Staffing because real estate was slow for a few months but that was in December Essential Staffing didnt have a job until April. Thank God I quickly got busy in real estate again because working with Essential Staffing was horrible. The owner of essential staffing took money out of my check after a job ended at a very toxic leasing environment I worked at. No one showed up on time at the leasing office so I had to bring the keys home with me every day because I was the first one there at the leasing office. when I told the leasing apartment manager all the things going on they ended the job instead of getting any support from essential staffing the owner was trying to scold me like a 3 year old child and although I was told someone would pick up the keys from me essential staffing tried to force me to stop my job to bring the keys across town they were afraid of losing the toxic client. It was impossible to change my schedule and I could not drive around town to return the keys but they could have easily emailed me a shipping label and I could have the keys delivered to them for like $5 instead of doing that essential staffing took the money out of my check to change the locks when the leasing office could of very well changed the locks very easily and disabled the key faub for free in house or just sent a shipping label to me via email like I suggested instead of taking money from employees when its not even needed. Thats ridiculous especially if youre making double and paying your employees as little as possible . I do not recommend anyone work for Essential staffing agency. I left very quickly and make so much more in real estate. I just want to warn others perhaps essential staffing clients are unprofessional because essential staffing is unprofessional themselves. You can find other staffing agencies that actually care about their employees!

Essential Staffing Solutions is an awesome company to work for. There is always room for advancement. I enjoy going to work because from the owner to management to maintenance they are friendly, respectful. and supportive and they treat you like family.
