        Walked in to ask if they could press a shirt while I waited. NO! was responce. I pointed to the presser and was met with TOMORROW! Over priced, poor customer relations = no business from me.

        They always do an excellent job. Not the cheapest dry cleaners - but if you don’t mind that- they’ll never steer you wrong! Great customer service & great at hemming & sewing. Highly satisfied customer! I’ve even had curtains hemmed here before.

      Hi there! We are deeply and sincerely sorry that you had a bad experience at our store.. Due to Covid-19 related factors, we are experiencing staff shortages and sometimes are not able to take on additional work that we otherwise would be able to. We hope that you can understand this and we would still be happy to offer you our services in the future. We also apologize if you felt disrespected as a customer. We do prioritize good customer relations, as many of our long-time clients can attest to, but admittedly our spoken English is not perfect, which we know can sometimes lead to misunderstandings. We hope to be able to better serve your cleaning/pressing needs next time!
