Quality Cleaners

I dropped off a new pair of shorts for cleaning and Quality Cleaners placed their tracking label on a part of the shorts where it was visible when worn. When I picked up the item, I requested they remove the label. After 2 attempts, they ruined the fabric where the label was. The owner refused to reimburse me for the item and only offered store credit at a greatly reduced value. He was extremely rude and did not care he was losing a customer that had frequented his business for over 10 years.

I have been using this dry cleaner since I moved to Atlanta always with good service. This past time, I returned to pick up a dress they had ruined. I talked to the owner who just said things like this happen. There was no remorse on his part for ruining my dress. I will not return here. As a business owner myself this is not how to operate a good business.
