Classic Touch Cleaners

My husband dropped 10 shirts off to be cleaned here. Most of the shirts were inexpensive Calvin Klein and Old Navy button ups. A couple weeks after pick up my husband removed one of the dark grey Old Navy button ups from the plastic, tore off the cleaners tag and hung it on our dresser. As I looked at it, I noticed the sleeves along with the back panel of the shirt was a few shades darker. He doesnt wear button ups everyday to work so this took a while to notice. There was almost like an oil stain or burn to the shirt. I had seen similar stains from other cleaners when I worked for a clothing rental company years prior so I was familiar with this pattern. I dropped the stained shirt back off at Classic Touch, explained what I had found, and was approached with a nasty attitude. I fully went there expecting at minimum that they would attempt to re-clean the shirt, but boy was I in store for a surprise. We had previously gone to another cleaner where the barcode sticker was still attached to the shirt. The female employee blamed the previous cleaner even though we had not visited them in months. After explaining that we have not used the previous cleaner, she then started to blame my husbands lotion and cologne, which he does not use on his back or arm. When I had a rebuttal to her comment she began to tell me that my husband threw the shirt in our dirty floor. My floors are as clean as a whistle and we put our dry cleaning directly into a small clean laundry basket in our closet. I couldnt believe my ears. I rarely get upset. It takes a lot to get me there. I raised my voice slightly and told her how ridiculous her comments were. She brought Sanjay (the owner) to the door who also denied everything. He had NO interest to hear how she treated me. I explained that the it was 100% obvious that this was done by the cleaner as the sleeves were clipped together and the stain overlapped each sleeve. He continued to deny and told me that these button ups are not dry cleaned, theyre washed and hung. Whatever. I told them to throw the shirt away. Then I called and asked if theyd be willing to re-clean the shirt, he agreed. I never did go back to pick it up and I dont intend to. My husband was not happy because this shirt fit perfectly in the neck, chest, waist, and had good length. Apparently thats hard to find without tailoring. I really could not care less about the actual shirt, it was the attitude I was met with when I knew for a fact they ruined the shirt. I will gladly pay triple the price and drive out of my way to a cleaner off of Roswell Road moving forward. There are so many other honest dry cleaners who deserve the business. Please believe the reviews and save yourself the headache

Always a1 customer service and everything is always done exactly as requested. Have been coming here for years and never disappointed. I ripped my pants today and really didnt have time to go home and change. Classic touch really went above and beyond for me this time. 30 minutes later Im back at work in the same suit!

The worst cleaners ever please do not come here. They are BIG liars!!!! They cleaned my boyfriend white jeans and put stains on it. Then will tell you that you brought them the clothes with the stains like who would just make up something like that? Then change the story and said the stains came from the patches on the jeans. The jeans are WHITE!!!!! No other color in them.

I left a brand new $750 suede jacket to get a stain on the shoulder cleaned. Mind you, this jacket was worn exactly once and laid flat on the body. Well, they certainly got the stain out, which I was initially happy about, but now the jacket is completely warped and wrinkled. The pockets and button holes are stretched, and the collar is curled in two different directions. It's like this jacket is somehow 6 years older! I don't know what happened, but now my $750 jacket is ruined.
