The Perfect Dress Atlanta

It was hard to find specially I dont go here often and this is my first time going to this mall. (It wasnt on the map ) It says it opens at 12:00. But it was closed and I was gonna wait for few min but there is no one inside. It looks big inside on website its actually small. It doesnt seems organized as well. Reminds me of forever 21 but dresses.

The worst service I think I have ever experienced, the customer service was atrocious. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Let me first say that the dresses were beautiful and the staff was friendly and helpful the FIRST time we were there for my daughters prom dress. We found a beautiful dress but the zipper was messed up, however a staff member offered and agreed to have it fixed in a day, however when I came back for the dress days later, we were told the zipper was fixed but fixed incorrectly AGAIN. A woman named Mona(instead of being empathetic)was very rude and nonchalant about the issue and the fact that we'd have to make another trip up there. She then told us to come back in 5 days and the dress would be ready, we called ahead of time to be sure that the dress was ready, but we got the run around and the the person even stopped answering the phone, it started to conveniently go to voice-mail. We finally received a text saying the dress was ready on Friday and when my daughter tried on the dress AGAIN the the zipper was still not properly fixed and it was crooked and bulging and again this Mona person was nonchalant, argued with me and was unapologetic. She even gave me an ultimatum, leave the dress or only get 5% off as if we were the problem. I had no choice but to buy the dress ill fitting at the zipper because it was so close to my daughter's prom date. I wouldn't recommend this place to my enemy. I'm disgusted.

Great place to purchase your daughters dream dress. I love this store. The owner is very, very interactive with her customers. Plus of it all the prices are reasonable.

Staff is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. So excited found the dress with 2 months to spare!
