In person visit went fine. However they lost my paperwork and communication with the office was very difficult.

Before Dr. Gurley retired and sold his practice I would have rated 5 stars. I wish he wouldn't have sold his name with the practice because AHF is dragging his name through the mud. It's very sad because I once was so proud to be a patient here, but after this year I doubt I'm returning. I will miss my doctor and his MA but it's too much bad and not enough good. I do NOT recommend this practice.
