Parked at the street. Checking at 6:50 appt 8:00 dock got 9:00 got pprwork 12:00 unload in one and half hour. They don't have on site parking they just move you from here to there.

Very slow got there at 8 am for a 9am appointment did not leave tell 1600 for 2 pallets

12/26/23; reefer delivery 2 pallets. Arrived @09:38 Appt @10:00 Docked @09:51 Lumper link @10:05 Departed@11:46 Security had me to pull forward until she gave me a door no #. I had door 142. Its crowded with trailers at the end. I turned left to straight back dwn near my door, on the right, to do a driver side back. Place BOLs in back of trailer They started unloading abt 11 mins12 secs after I docked. Security said they would call. When I was ready but they only send a text to my phone. My BOLs were in the back. Not a bad experience Backing is somewhat tight but doable.

Came at exact appointment time still waited at least an hour Tight fit but enough room to maneuver Not overly crowded with trucks - just yards dogs moving around swiftly so be careful backing and driving around Bathroom at guard shack Place BOL in trailer Will send you text when done and place paper work in the trailer when they are done Not so bad Don't come too early for an appointment- I come here often and I have seen them send people away more than 30 mins before appointment. Pilot less than a mile away- I wouldn't bother to even piss over there a hell hole.

Live unload - check-in was easy & warned they were behind. For me, communication is key, so I was expecting to wait for a door. I was there only 4 hours - 2 to wait for the door & 2 to get unloaded. Capstone does their lumper.
