        Curb side service is useless. Came to the ball to pick up an order and did the steps I was told to do upon arriving. I waited 20 minutes after submitting I had arrived through the website. After waiting I then called a number of times where no one answered the phone. I then checked the website and it said my order has been picked up, yet no one handed me anything. Are a while I had to climb up this hill in the rain while being temporarily handicapped to go inside to customer service to grab my order. After waiting in line and telling the employee Ive been waiting on my order, he then picks my package off the counter and hands it to me. He just had it sitting on the counter, processing waiting for me to come and get it or he wouldve never brought it outside. Terrible service
