    Angela, who manned the front desk, was truly exceptional. She consistently kept me updated on my status during my visit and made the extended wait worthwhile. The office seems to have a fantastic team. I'll definitely return! Update: I was suppose to get a call from the office manger after my appointment specifically an over the phone consult.( because my first appointment was over 6 hours). First they never verified my insurance and it's been almost a month after my appointment. So I then proceeded to call them and they quoted be 10,000 and are unable to provide a reason why I was never contacted.

    This is an absolute scam. I went in for a cleaning and they never cleaned my teeth. They took so many x-rays then sent in two different doctors. One doctor straight up told me my teeth were going to fall out and I need a $2000 deep cleaning to prevent it. Also, they continued to push I need an electronic tooth brush which I told them multiple times I already have an electronic toothbrush. According to them my toothbrush isnt good enough. The first doctor focused on my gums. Then a second doctor comes in and tells me Im brushing my teeth to hard with a manual toothbrush. Again, I have an electronic toothbrush. She then tells me my teeth look great and I have no cavities. What is the world?!? After that I sit and wait for the insurance consultant to tell me I need $2000 deep cleaning which would only be scheduled after I pay 60% of the total and that I need a $550 retainer. I was there over two hours and no cleaning occurred. Two days later, they submitted a claim to my insurance for over $300 for X-rays and a cleaning. I was livid. My teeth were never cleaned and it was preventing me from actually getting my teeth cleaned somewhere else. The cleaning was finally removed stating it was sent by accident. I would never recommend any Aspen dental. The prices they list online are complete crap and they want to push as much as they can. Picture included to show my teeth are not rotten, falling out, or even crooked to need a retrainer and teeth straightening mouthpiece.

    Update: (3.5 stars). The staff is overall nice and professional. Dr. Nguyen, Janette, Meka, and others. Im not too fond of Dr. K by the two interactions that I have had with her. There is alot of miscommunication about insurance, billing, and appointments. You sit down with a financial advisor before any treatment plan is approved . Ive always had to pay something out of pocket. Which is not the issue. The issue as of recently is I called to make appointment only to be notified by the receptionist that I have a $1304 balance to my account. Which I was never notified of this balance via call or email and I left each visit with zero balance. Your insurance didnt cover some things was the only answer I got when questioning the balance. I immediately contacted my insurance company. What I learned through the phone call with the insurance company is do a predetermination when sitting down crunching those numbers with the financial advisor. B/c they (dental office) dont know what is covered until the claims are submitted. But, there is system they could used to enter the codes to see what is or isnt covered. Which I thought that was the actions being taken when I sat with the financial lady. Another issue I had is I have a dental implant (work done elsewhere) that I was concerned about. I was told the specialist for dental implants is only in office on Wednesdays. Im not available on Wednesdays due to work. However, I made it a point to take off so I could schedule. Long story short. I arrived to my scheduled appointment on a Wednesday only to find out the specialist wasnt in office that day But, was instructed by Dr. K to get more images b/c thats what the specialist will need. Which I didnt understand why bc I had multiple images done from recent office visits at their location. I was told I would get a follow up call. Months has gone by and still no call. It was also discovered that the cone beam, the images that were ordered by Dr. K was not covered by my insurance .
