Great Expressions Dental Centers - Midtown

DO NOT GO HERE! They break the law and refuse to acknowledge it. I have been a customer for over 10 years (mostly due to proximity rather than quality of service). They have to meet quota of services, forcing patients with unnecessary procedures. I am having to relocate and need my records sent to the new dentist, but Great Expressions refuses to provide my medical records (illegal under HIPAA Patients Right of Access Rules). Great Expressions puts me on-hold for over 1 hour each time. I request call back, but never receive a call-back. I have called both their office and the corporation to never receive a response. Simultaneously, I have left digital, online messages to their online forums. Eventually, I submitted a BBB complaint to receive back a response that they "will not accept or respond to complaints forwarded by BBB." They are continually giving me the "run-around" and refusing to support my HIPAA Patient Right of Access to my records.
