Our company was looking for a space to have a fun, yet innovative offsite brainstorming day & we located Serendipity Labs. Angie & her team were very thorough & extremely accommodating from the very beginning of our tour, through the booking process & even on the day that they hosted us. We booekd a total of 5 rooms & all of the spaces & the environment itself, provided us with exactly what we needed to prompt innovative ideas that will help to propel our company in the years to come. This is an outstanding facility with excellent location, professional atmosphere, and well above average customer service. I've used the "Atlas Room" three times. It seats 40 attendees and, in every way, is far better than hotel conference spaces.

As a small film production company, finding the perfect location for filming can be challenging. However, our recent experience at Serendipity Labs exceeded all expectations, making it an absolute dream to work there. First and foremost, we want to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible staff: Angie, Susan, and David. Their hospitality and professionalism were unmatched. From the initial planning stages to the wrap-up of our two-day shoot, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. Their responsiveness, flexibility, and positive attitude made the entire process smooth and enjoyable for our entire team. The space itself was fantastic. Serendipity Labs offered a variety of settings perfectly suited for filming, from modern meeting rooms to open collaboration areas and quiet nooks. Everything was impeccable and well-maintained, creating a professional and inspiring environment for our crew. Beyond the physical space, the amenities were top-notch. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi, easy garage parking and load-in made filming all the more seamless. We truly cannot say enough good things about our experience at Serendipity Labs. The combination of a fantastic space, exceptional staff, and thoughtful amenities made it the perfect location for our film production. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Serendipity Labs to any filmmaker or creative team looking for a collaborative and supportive workspace.

My company hosted our event at Serendipity Labs this week, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The Serendipity space and team are fantastic. The staff are flexible, accommodating, and their attention to detail created a seamless day for us. The space is beautifully decorated, has great flow, and all the event essentials. We held educational sessions in the Atlas room and did breakfast, snacks, and lunch in their main entrance/kitchen space. The Serendipity staff took care of the room set-up and catering for us, so we did not have to worry. They even provided all the extras: connection cables, baskets for snacks, coffee, tea, water, a storage closet, and helping hand any time we needed it. Our attendees showered us with compliments, and we owe much of that to them. A huge thank you to Angie, Alyssa, Susan and Isabel for taking such good care of us. We wish we could have your team at every event we do!
