I am a paralegal in Atlanta. Never in my 10+ years in this industry have I had such an awful experience with another legal "professional". Monique Moore, a "Client Solutions Analyst" of U.S. Legal Support did everything BUT provide me with a solution. I needed an original, sealed deposition transcript for trial - it was a deposition prior counsel (not with our firm) took. When I spoke to Monique, I stressed the importance of needing the transcript the next day and though she seemed quite incompetent, she said she would send it. The following day, I found out Monique mailed the transcript with zero urgency so that it would arrive the day after the trial was set to end. I called her and she was extremely rude to me and refused to overnight the transcript. She told me it could not be done. When I asked Monique to allow me to speak with her supervisor, she refused to transfer me and HUNG UP on me! Luckily, one of my colleagues was able to speak to another employee of U.S. Legal Support who said overnighting the transcript would be no problem. This was an extremely urgent matter and if it hadn't been for Monique's incompetency and unprofessionalism, we would've had the transcript a day earlier. It's unfortunate that Im leaving a 1 star review based on one employees unprofessionalism; however, needing something for a jury trial is always going to be a serious and urgent matter. A court reporting company has to be flexible and able to get the job done when you need them most, i.e., at trial time. This company needs to take a hard look at those they hire and choose to represent them as a company.
