If I could I wouldve left 0 stars
Let me start by saying that I loooove Ulta but this location in particular is not it.
I came in for a pick up order and to get a couple other things. The staff was extremely unhelpful and rude, I asked one of the beauty advisors for some advice on a setting spray and she gave me an attitude and tried multiple times to sell me something that I said I didnt like from the beginning. I then decided to walk around the store on my own and get some extra things and they were kinda following me around the store like if I was going to steal something. Because I was feeling very unwelcome I decided to just go to the register and pick up my order (that was supposed to be ready hours ago) and they said they couldnt find the order, and then realized that whoever was supposed to do the pick up order never did it. So I had to wait and extra 20 minutes for them to make the order that shouldve been done hours before I got there.
As I said, 0/10, I would recommend for anyone reading this to save themselves the headache and just drive to a different location in Atlanta, I assure you that you wont regret it lol
