During my visit at this store I did not feel like the employees had any interest in assisting me. They all stood at and around the registers talking about outside work related things and on their phones. The security/police was sitting down, head down and on his phone. When I got to the register to check out the employee didnt even ask if I found everything ok and/or gave any type of real customer service. She was in a rush to check me out to get back to the more important conversation with the other employees. I came here to get a couple things for my skin routine that I ran out of hoping to feel better about my investment. Honestly if I didnt care so much about my skin I would have just left everything at the counter to give them something more productive to do. Does customer service even still exist these days?

Beware of the salon services. Marilyn is good but the last time they assigned me someone new that not only made a complete mess with my hair color but also left it so damaged that after over 3 months my hair still hasnt recovered. Funny thing is that they offered me to fix it and when I went there, they were nice but still charged me for some of the products, (the ones they had to use to fix it, lol!) as a neighbor and former regular customer these are the type of things that prevent me from returning. The new employee had NO IDEA of how to apply hair color and she was in complete denial saying how she had a degree. She literally fried my hair without even bleaching it. She shouldve been fired.

I want to say "Thank you" to the Buckhead location. Especially Regan and Jordan. I have had multiple wonderful experiences with Regan and Jordan. Both Regan and Jordan are incredibly knowledgeable, extremely patient, fun to consulte with, and represents Ulta's customer service very well. I am happy to have met both and them. I will joyfully keep coming back to this location. NC
