My wife Barbara Smith placed a order online like we always do for Kroger Store in Carrollton 9/6/2024. We have gotten two phone calls from them stating that their system is down and have no idea when our order will be ready for pickup, we live in Alabama and have a ways to drive, this is unacceptable ! We ask them to call us when it was ready and the person stated ( after calling us twice) that she couldn’t call us back we would have to call them and keep checking on the order, we like being able too order online because my wife is physically not able too shop in store!

Don't honor there own sales add. Put things on sale and don't even have the product. Management at Newnan Location needs a training on how to read there own add. Prices for sales items still cheaper at Walmart everyday price. Me and my 1000 a month will go somewhere else.

Kroger is a horrible company to work for they are constantly stealing employees wages. It is so disrespectful they don't appreciate their employees at all.
