If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. Xfinity used to be a company that cared about their customers, especially customers who have been with Xfinity for 10+ years. However, the last year, Xfinity has been unwilling to help out whether I call customer service or go into the store. They each tell me different information, but yet they refuse to actually help resolve the issue. Xfinity has turned into a company that FALSELY advertises how much they care about their customers, even giving out Gold Rewards to loyal customers. But when said loyal customers contact customer service to resolve an issue, Xfinity REFUSES to help whatsoever, if anything they make the issue worse. If youre looking for a new cable and internet provider, I would HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere, as Xfinity has gone downhill so significantly over the past 1-2 years that I dont even recognize them as the same company when I began my services over 10 years ago. I am so extremely disappointed in Xfinity and their awful customer service that I plan to switch to another provider as soon as possible.
