I am concerned with this companies billing practices and ethical obligations. As an oral surgeon I have experience with digital dentistry and guided surgery with another vendor. In an effort to gain my business, 360 imaging entered into a contract with me whereby I agreed to the initial purchase of the software with the stipulation that I would try two cases and if not satisfied would be given a full refund. I found the imaging software much less sophisticated than my current program and saw no value in continuing with the 360 imaging software. Therefore, I requested my refund. I was very surprised with the lack of communication and false promises made by this company. They have continued to deny my request. Based on my experience I cannot recommend this company to ANY of my Dental Colleagues. Regretfully, Dr. Chris Tye, MD, DDS Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.

We regret that Dr, Tye did not have a good experience with us as we strive for excellent customer service at 360imaging. We did everything we could, aside from offering all of our services for free. It is unfortunate to lose a customer but he is not the gauge others should look to in determining the right digital lab and surgical guides for their practice.
