Disconnection threat letter and it shows my last month's bill drafted on time. Can not reach live person and system has long wait times and drops call. Not active in resolving the complaint. Horrible service and investigation needed.

They dont take calls and that really sucks because I have been having problems with customer service for the past two months!!! And when I asked to talk to someone in management they told me no one was available. I do believe they knew that no one would answer at corporate!!! And I still want my adjustments.

I am a property manager who has been trying since 1/31/2024 to establish power at a residence we manage. To date we do not have power at this residence. We have submitted 2 support requests, have email communication with Ms Smith and Ms Steel and still no power. We use the PM portal all the time and have since connected power for 2 other properties with no issues. When we call residential they will not speak with us concerning business accounts, when we call business accounts they will also not speak to us. All say we have to submit service requests that do not resolve the issue. There is no number to call. We are now 21 days no power and no way to resolve the issue. Please help.
