Very responsive and professional when it came to scheduling visits and providing proposals. I actually had them price out three separate proposals due to the evolving nature of my remodel and they worked with me the entire time. Work was performed as agreed and they cleaned up afterwards. I was referred to Spray Foam Genie by a neighbor to upgrade our old attic insulation. Overall we had a positive experience and immediately felt an improvement in the comfort and temperature levels on the second floor. The company had indicated that it would be a one-day installation process, however they did have to return for additional touch-ups they thought were less than perfect. Although it was a slight inconvenience, I really appreciated the contractors dedication to service & accountability. Deducting 1 star in the spirit of an honest review only because 1/2 a star isn't an option. However, i'd recommend Spray Foam Genie to anyone looking to insulate their home - not only for their quality of service, but for their comprehensive knowledge how insulation can improve the comfort of your home.
