GDE did a full paint on the exterior of our entire apartment community here in Nashville and we had the Best experience! Ted and Avner were wonderful to work with! The communication was excellent and we finished an entire month ahead of schedule. Looking forward to working with them on more projects in the future!

I’ve used GDE for multiple exterior renovation jobs. They are professional teams and do quality work. After painting nearly 1,400 units, I’ve not had a single resident complaint elevated beyond the local project manager. All work has been completed faster than expected. Unfortunately every job I’ve done with them has gone over budget.

In 2020 GDE has done approximately $2,000,000.00 in CapEx projects for me and all without any issues whatsoever which is rare in Multifamily Housing these days. Their project management is 2nd to none and while each project has an assigned project manager, Senior project manager "Avner Barisaac" still makes time to walk each project personally so punch items are few and far between. I give them a 5 star rating. Services: Exterior painting, Power/pressure washing

I have worked with GDE on several major capital improvement projects over the years and found them to be consistently professional. You can count on their project managers to be on-site through out the project to make sure it runs smoothly. I would recommend GDE to others seeking quality customer service and workmanship.
