Ordered an item and I needed it asap they were quick to respond Through phone and email and even allowed me to provide an over night label and sent it out super early for me and it will get here at the proper time They were super accommodating and literally helped me with every thing I asked with no issues

Definitely one of the most unprofessional consignment shops I have ever been to. The owner is highly unprofessional, its truly sad. I also see why many people dont support Black businesses. It was stated You cant touch the bags unless you are for sure purchasing the bag. The all around process of even entering the store has no customer service. I can assure you I will not be back to support the business.

Professionalism is at zero. Dont waste your time coming here unless youre desperate for cash & okay with getting a low ball offer. I recommend Sacdeluxe. Any decent consignment store would atleast research the item & provide a buy out or consignment offer. Instead this store would ask you how much you want for the item & then not respond. Then when you actually go inside the store you get told she probably didnt respond because she felt like it wasnt worth her time & we cant make a profit with what you want for the items. This should be a professional establishment that understands direct communication. The customer sets a price, the store should at least respond with a counter offer, especially if the items are in new or worn like new condition. Instead the buyer sent a text saying you want retail prices for these items , no one will offer those prices. But still doesnt counter offer with an actual buyout price lol. However the rep inside the store offered $100 for the Louis Vuitton slides & 200 for the shades. Then says with a nasty undertone good luck with selling your items. Both of the items were purchased this year totaling $1835, plus tax.

I had a great experience at this establishment the Kate (nude) Red Bottoms hurt my feet like no other I dont know how women wear them.. I wore them twice and for me the cut is all wrong but I was cute for a quick minute! I looked for consignment shops and from there the process was fairly easy..the owner made an offer after quick examination, your then given a ticket/written offer, then they explained that the credit could be used to shop or cash out...simple (30 minutes tops) I will return!!! I do have a closet full (to purge)
