        There is a very kind young man who works as a concierge here and unfortunately is THE ONLY kind concierge employee I've come across. I understand folks, you have a job to do. But, you ALL should take notice of how THE YOUNGEST off staff does his job with a smile and kind words and move forward accordingly yourselves.

        The management at this building is horrible, not friendly or helpful at all. They harass your guest over every little thing. They are very unprofessional and tell lies on residents and dish out accusations to charge excessive fees for violations. They are not transparent and many of the concierge employees do not know or understand the polices and code of conduct regulations of the HOA. They tell you one thing, then later you get a fine from HOA saying something was prohibited.
